Ford Stevens
As the founding trainer at BXF, Ford has been helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals for over 10 years. With a passion for weight-lifting, muscle-building, and body-sculpting, Ford has consistently gotten results with clients that haven’t seen results from traditional personal training and exercise classes before. From celebrity clients to hard-working moms, Ford ensures that each of his clients gets a personalized training program and thoughtfully tailored sessions to drive results. Now, Ford enjoys assembling the most highly-accomplished and sought-out training team in New Orleans.

Allison Post
As a former educator turned personal trainer, Ally has a decade-long track record of helping others achieve their goals. With a specialization in weight-loss, nutrition consulting, and HIIT, Ally passionately develops workouts that are fun, challenging, and creative. Ally loves helping clients of all backgrounds and experience levels achieve their fitness and health goals in a sustainable way. Ally loves lifting, running, and taking a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellness.

Rosie Nowhitney
While pursuing her own professional boxing career, Rosie has spent the past three years sharing her love of boxing with others through personal and group boxing training. In every training session, Rosie is committed to empowering clients to reach their best, healthiest selves in both mind and body. While all of her sessions are geared toward boxing-specific training, Rosie is a certified personal trainer and incorporates both HIIT and weight training into her sessions depending on client goals.
College: Duke University
Major: Cultural anthropology/Pre-Med
Favorite exercise: “Boxing mitt work for sure! Mitts allow you to focus on technique, play through different fight scenarios, and it’s just a lot of fun!”
Best part of training: “Being able to be a part of my clients’ journeys to reach their full potential. It is a privilege to witness my clients grow and achieve by consistently pushing and believing in themselves.”
Favorite food: “Not gonna lie, there’s nothing a good cheeseburger and fries can’t cure. All in moderation!”
Keith Gross
Keith has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade and is excited to bring his experience to BXF. His love of fitness began in high school with weight training and competitive cheerleading. In college, he worked with top-certified trainers who taught the importance of nutrition, motivation, and a well-organized (but fun) training program. Keith believes getting in shape should be an entertaining, results-forward experience that keeps you coming back for more!

Cameron Singleton
As a former college athlete, cameron understands what it takes to push his body to the limit. In order to better understand how to maximize his and others fitness potential, cameron studied exercise science in college. during this time, cameron discovered his desire to help others achieve their full potential, as well as experiencing fullfillment in sharing fitness and health with others. cameron hopes to share his love of fitness with others who want to make a change in how they look and feel.
